Assist with implementation of ICT application projects. Provide technical input where required.
Assist in the installation of system and conduct first-line training for users.
Initiating/ Implementing Information Technology Solutions
Managing Vendors selections and relationship
Maintaining System Backup
User Account Set-up and Management
Managing IT Related Infrastructures
First Level User support for the administration of Group CRM and Operations Workflow Application.
Provide support for application configuration and upgrades, and problem analysis and resolution for application problems, in conjunction with the users and external application or service suppliers where necessary.
