Information Technology Administrator at Librod Energy Services Limited

He or she will be responsible for managing our company’s computer infrastructure, upgrading and installing hardware and software, performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and maintaining our networks and servers.

JOB ROLE

• Responsible for setting up internet access on systems, employee mails and policing/monitoring of internet usage in-line with company policy.
• Ensure network availability to all systems users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability
• Supervise and provide end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.
• Servers Management, desktop computers, inverter system, printers, switches, firewalls, phones, personnel digital assistants, software deployment, security updates and patches.
• Install, configure and support company’s local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN) and internet system.
• Provide technical direction for the development, design and systems integration for the company’s IT infrastructure.
• Manage, host and maintain the company’s website and Email communication system.
• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software and all systems configurations.
• Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, database administration and security.
• Maintain network servers such as file/applications servers, domain controllers, gateways and intrusion detection systems.
• Maintain and update ICT equipment asset list and analyze equipment performance records.

Qualification and Experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Applied Physics, Computer science or a related field.
• Relevant Certification such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library),MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solution Expert) or CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate).
• Minimum of 4 years in similar role.
