Job Summary

• The IS Auditor will play a critical role in ensuring the security, efficiency, and compliance of our IT systems and processes.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing retail-specific IT systems, assessing cybersecurity measures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct IT Audits: Evaluate IT systems such as POS, inventory management, CRM, and ERP to ensure they support business objectives.
• System Security: Assess cybersecurity measures, user access controls, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., NDPR, GDPR).
• Compliance Management: Review IT policies to align with regulatory requirements and industry standards, conducting audits to confirm adherence.
• Risk Assessment: Identify IT-related risks, evaluate disaster recovery plans, and recommend controls to mitigate vulnerabilities (e.g., payment systems, e-commerce platforms).
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Validate the accuracy of operational and financial data, ensuring data integrity and identifying anomalies.
• Retail Systems Auditing: Audit digital payment platforms, supply chain systems, and retail-specific IT applications to ensure efficiency and security.
• Collaboration: Work with IT, finance, supply chain, and HR teams to align audit objectives and ensure seamless operations.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to stakeholders, following up to ensure recommendations are implemented.

Education / Certification / Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT auditing or information security experience.
• Professional certifications in IS Audit is an added advantage.
• Experience with auditing retail-specific systems such as POS, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, IT governance frameworks, and data protection regulations.
• Proficiency in IT audit tools and methodologies.
• Expertise in risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.
