Salary: 150,000 per month

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Two Saturdays off per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, smart, and presentable female Indoor Sales Representative to join our team at our showroom specializing in bathroom fittings. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service, a strong understanding of bathroom fittings, and a keen ability to close sales. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, assisting clients in selecting bathroom fittings, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide personalized assistance, understanding their needs and preferences for bathroom fittings.
• Demonstrate and explain product features, advantages, and benefits to customers.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and product offerings in bathroom fittings.
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing showroom, ensuring products are properly displayed.
• Ensure that customers are provided with accurate and relevant information regarding prices, promotions, and product availability.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle payment collections.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth showroom operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Female candidates only.
• Must be smart, presentable, and well-groomed with a professional appearance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers.
• Prior experience (2-3 years) in indoor sales, preferably in the bathroom fittings or related industry.
• Knowledge of bathroom fittings and an ability to understand technical specifications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be results-driven and able to achieve sales targets.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
