• They need an Independent Sales Manager to promote and increase the sales of the products.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and increase product awareness as well as promoting the company’s brand
• Introduce product samples to supermarkets, stores, malls and sales outlets and enlist them as sales partners.
• Implement creative strategies to increase the market share for the products.
• Schedule meetings to make sales pitches to prospects
• Show and communicate excellent product knowledge when engaging prospects
• Build and maintain a growing database of potential clients
• Carry out periodic market research and efficiently communicate the findings.
• Develop a feedback channel from prospective /existing distributors, and customers.
• Promptly submit purchase orders to the relevant department for processing
• Follow up with payment status as needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of H.ND / B.Sc in Marketing and related discipline
• 3 years and above experience in direct and field sales
• Strong presentation skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales target
• Great persuasion, negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop new markets and business relationships.
