In-Shop Sales Supervisor at AffilBase

• A goods shop located in Ketu is in need of a Sales supervisor based in Ketu to monitor sales activities happening within the shop and record the daily sales transactions.

Duties:

• Resume early to ensure shop is set up and ready to receive customers
• Assist with Sales activities that involve attending to customers and sorting of goods
• Ensure security and safety of all goods and properties within the shop
• Supervise and monitor the sales girls working in the shop to ensure they are doing their job and attending to customers dutifully.
• Clerical Duties: Keep accurate and timely record all sales transactions that occur within the shop on a day to day basis
• Close shop in the evenings after the days work
• Take responsibility and accountability for all activities, transactions and occurrences in the shop
• Posting and selling of goods online on behalf of the shop
• Must be willing to perform other tasks assigned by shop owner as required.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• School Certificate holder with good clerical skills will be sufficient
• Must be computer literate with knowledge of selling goods online.
• Supervisory experience
• Good communication skills in English and local languages
• Previous experience with clerical work involving data entry
• Ability to attend to customers in a friendly and cordial manner
• Required to know how to use Excel for data entry
• Must be based in Ketu Area. Proximity to the shop is of utmost importance
• Honesty, Integrity and absolute Loyalty is expected.
• Attention to detail is a very important quality for this job.
