Position Overview

• A dedicated, contract-based content creator operating as the primary UGC specialist for our brand. Working closely with our in-house marketing team, you'll produce authentic, high-quality user-generated content that aligns with our marketing strategy and campaign objectives.

Core Responsibilities

Create diverse UGC content as directed by Marketing Manager:

•  Short-form videos
•  Lifestyle photography
•  Behind-the-scenes content
•  Tutorial and how-to content
•  Campaign-specific materials

Maintain brand consistency while leveraging personal style:

•  Work within established brand guidelines
•  Develop a recognizable content style
•  Adapt to seasonal campaigns and promotions

Coordinate with in-house teams:

•  Attend weekly marketing team meetings
•  Collaborate with product team for new launches
•  Participate in campaign planning sessions
•  Access to in-house studio and equipment when needed

Required Skills & Equipment

• Personal camera and basic lighting equipment
• Editing software proficiency
• Experience with in-house content creation
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining team coordination
