    In-House Counsel

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide legal counsel and guidance on a broad range of legal matters, including but not limited to contracts, intellectual property, employment law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and litigation.
    • Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the company's interests and ensure legal compliance.
    • Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices, and advise the company accordingly.
    • Assess potential legal risks and provide proactive recommendations to mitigate them.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Advise on data protection and privacy matters, ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
    • Manage and collaborate with external legal counsel when required, ensuring efficient and cost-effective legal services.

    Qualifications/Experience

    • Degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the bar and in good standing with the relevant legal jurisdiction.
    • 5 years of experience practicing law, preferably with experience as in-house legal counsel or in a reputable law firm.
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of applicable laws and regulations, with expertise in [relevant areas of law].
    • Proven ability to provide sound legal advice and counsel in complex legal matters.
    • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.
    • Experience in IT is a plus.
