• We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Implementation Engineer to lead the deployment and optimization of identity and access control solutions across our organization. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise with Delinea and CyberArk platforms and a strong background in implementing secure, scalable access management frameworks in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IDAM solutions with a primary focus on Delinea and CyberArk.
• Develop and maintain privileged access policies and workflows to manage user identities and secure access to critical systems.
• Integrate IAM platforms with Active Directory, cloud environments (Azure, AWS), and other enterprise systems.
• Automate identity lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and access requests.
• Perform regular audits, access reviews, and compliance checks to meet regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with internal IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure secure and efficient identity governance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IAM-related issues and provide Level 2/3 support for escalations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Identity and Access Management or Information Security.
• Hands-on experience with Delinea (Thycotic) and CyberArk platforms.
• Solid understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Proficiency in integrating IAM systems with enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.) for automation and configuration tasks.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, or SOX.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
