• We are a growing educational centre in Osogbo, and we're looking for a dedicated and dynamic IELTS Instructor to join our team!

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

• Design and deliver engaging, effective lesson plans for all four IELTS modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).
• Conduct mock tests, provide detailed feedback, and track student progress.
• Motivate and mentor students, helping them build confidence and master test-taking strategies.
• Create a positive and productive learning environment.

Requirements
The ideal candidate has:

• A Degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an IELTS Instructor with a track record of student success.
• An excellent command of the English language (C1/C2 level or equivalent).
• In-depth knowledge of the IELTS exam format and grading criteria.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students.
• A recognised TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (a strong plus).
• Must be based in or around Osogbo, Osun State.
