Key Responsibilities

Instruction and Curriculum Delivery

• Plan and deliver well-structured lessons aligned with the approved curriculum.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of pupils.
• Integrate technology and creative teaching strategies into classroom instruction.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom resources.

Assessment and Progress Monitoring

• Assess pupils’ academic progress through formative and summative evaluations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pupil performance.
• Provide constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
• Prepare report cards and participate in parent-teacher conferences.

Classroom Management

• Establish and maintain positive classroom discipline.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Promote respect, cooperation, and responsible behavior among pupils.

Pastoral Care and Student Development

• Support pupils’ social and emotional development.
• Identify learners who may require additional academic or behavioural support.
• Collaborate with school leadership and support staff when necessary.

Collaboration and Professional Development

• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery.
