ICT Support Officer at Synlab

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st line support for end-users, locally and remotely.
• Guide users through troubleshooting steps, ensuring swift issue resolution.
• Conduct maintenance and repairs on PCs with periodic preventive care.
• Manage IT security and ensure compliance with Data Protection Regulations.
• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/HND in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in ICT support.
• Proficiency in computer systems, software, hardware, and networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good project management skills.
