ICT Support Officer at Amazon Energy Limited

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Maintaining records of software licenses.
• Support and contribute to ICT-related tasks or projects.
• Liaising with clients and computer users to determine the nature of IT problems.
• Responding to breakdowns and obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and more.
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
• Checking computer equipment for electrical safety.
• Providing technical support across the company.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites/ IT Operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to set up computer equipment and configure server hardware.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION 

• BSc Computer Science or relative field from a recognized university.
• In-depth knowledge of common networking services and computer system.
