• We are seeking a proactive, technically skilled, and digitally savvy ICT Officer to join our team in Abuja.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff and resolve day-to-day ICT-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, software, printers, and other office equipment.
• Manage and maintain the company’s computer systems, network, and internet connectivity.
• Manage company email accounts, digital platforms, and user access.
• Maintain proper backups and ensure the security of company data.
• Keep an updated inventory of ICT equipment and company devices.
• Provide technical support for online meetings, presentations, and digital operations.
• Assist in implementing cybersecurity and data protection practices.
• Support the company’s digital marketing activities and online presence.
• Assist in creating, monitoring, and managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram).
• Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reports on leads, reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Assist in troubleshooting digital platforms, advertising accounts, and related technical issues.
• Recommend technology and digital solutions that can improve business operations and marketing performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital productivity tools.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Ability to set up, run, monitor, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Basic knowledge of digital advertising, audience targeting, campaign objectives, and performance tracking.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in an ICT or digital support role is an added advantage.
• Real estate industry experience is an added advantage
