• As an HR Volunteer at Lily Hospitals, you will work closely with our HR team and gain hands-on experience across the HR value chain.This opportunity is designed to help you build practical skills, grow your knowledge, and prepare for future roles in HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and selection, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain and update HR records, files, and databases.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, documents, and presentations.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an HND / B.Sc. degree (preferably in Social Sciences).
• Completion of NYSC is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Must own a personal laptop.
• Must reside in Warri, Delta State.

Remuneration

• This is an unpaid volunteer position. However, a monthly stipend will be provided to support transportation expenses.
