    Human Resources Specialist

    Job Description:

    • As a Human Resources Expert at Ubuy Services, you will play a crucial role in our organization's success by providing strategic HR guidance and support to our talented workforce.
    • You will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies and initiatives to foster a positive work environment and ensure that our company attracts, develops, and retains top talent.     Key Responsibilities:

    Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

    • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

    Employee Relations:

    • Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and fair treatment of employees.
    • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances, promoting a positive workplace culture.
    • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

    Training and Development:

    • Identify training and development needs within the organization and implement programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Work closely with department heads to create career development plans for employees.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Manage the compensation and benefits program, including salary benchmarking, bonus plans, and benefits administration.
    • Ensure competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.

    HR Administration:

    • Maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, contracts, and compliance documentation.
    • Handle payroll processing and collaborate with finance for payroll-related tasks.
    • Keep abreast of HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance.

    Culture and Engagement:

    • Promote a positive workplace culture that aligns with our company values and fosters employee engagement.
    • Organize team-building activities, events, and initiatives to enhance employee morale.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
    • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the tech industry.
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
