Human resources officer is tasked with responsibilities connected with employee and resource management. HR officer assist the human resources manager in the implementation of the company’s policies, recruitment and performance objective while ensuring the company continues to meet its business and organizational target.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
The HR Officer will be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting adverts/application process, and managing the hiring process. Which includes collecting required employment information such as employment application, reference checks and benefits information.
