Human Resources Officer at Sunsteel Industries Limited

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing support in various human resources functions, which includes recruitment, training and development, performance monitoring, implementing HR policies, procedures and the overall HR strategy.

Qualifications and Experience:

• HND/BSc in Social Science, Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role 
• In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR functions and best practices.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication, active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Excellent Strong ethics and reliability
• People-oriented and results-driven
