The most preferred candidate will be responsible for implementing the Human Resources Strategy and Administrative activities, Implementation of HR Staff Policies, Onboarding and Exit Management, Payroll management, Manpower planning, HR budgeting, and any other duty assigned by the Head, Human Resources.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to the Head, Human Resources and Legal.
Provide support in research, development and implementation of HR staff policies.
Ensuring effective ownership and implementation on HR matters including but not limited to:
Update of staff documentation and filing upon modification
Compensation and benefits administration
Timeliness in service delivery to employees
Exit management
Ensure the onboarding of new hires, including employee verifications, etc.
Participate in the Preparation of Annual HR Budget and Budget analysis.
Any other duty as may be assigned by the Head, Human Resources and Legal.
