- Employee Engagement
- Recruitment and Selection
- Coordinating Background Checks and Verification
- Overtime and Holiday Work Computation
- Leave Management and Administration (overview)
- Awards & Recognition
- Conducting appraisals/ assessments to identify performance gaps
- Onboarding new employees
- Preparation of HR Hurdle Minutes
- Design, review and issue Job Description
- Interview Set-up
- Probations and Confirmation of Employment (Contract Management)
- Other duties assigned
- Team Bonding Activities
- Other duties assigned
Qualification and Experience
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc or HND
- Professional Qualification: CIPM
- Must have 3 to 5 years experience
