POSITION DESCRIPTION

• The HR Manager position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in the Business Unit. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRM maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in the Business Unit.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Level & Field of Education: Bachelor’s Degree/MBA/M.Sc. Professional qualification, such as CIPM, SHRM or CIPD, is essential
• Experience: 10 – 15 years of Experience

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Functional Competencies; Knowledge of HR Policies, Proficiency in SAP is mandatory, HR Generalist Experience
• Business/ Leadership Competencies; Excellent communication and leadership abilities, Compliance & Controllership, People Management
