Human Resources Manager at ShepherdHill Security

Responsibilities

• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
• Sourcing of potential candidates for operational roles.
• Implement strategies to ensure employees are adequately engaged.
• Actively participate in the onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Carry out employee engagement activities including team bonding, retreats and more.
• Carry out employee engagement surveys.
• Act as liaison between employees and the Management.
• Assist with Compensation and Benefits strategy and implementation.
• Responsible for investigating and addressing conflicts and grievances among employees and bringing them to resolution.
• Ensure that Human Resource Policies and Procedures are updated and implemented in line with statutory requirements and best practices.
• Ensure to carry out timely staff performance evaluations as per the Authority’s Performance Management System.
• Carry out any other duties within the scope of the position, related as assigned by the Manager Human Resources and Executive Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD is compulsory.
• 4-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
