Requirements

• Outstanding organisational, prioritazation, and multitasking skills.
• Experience interacting with all levels and departments within a company, including regional headquarters and field offices across the country
• HND or BSc in HR/Personnel Management
• 3 - 5 years experience.
• Membership of CIPM preferred.
• Entreprenuerial leadership with empathy and frim management style.
• Expert knowledge of HR Management software and tools, conflict resolution, welfare management, Trainning, Recruitment and Outsourcing.
• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
