    Human Resources Manager

    Responsibilities
    The candidate will be responsible for:

    • Review, develop and maintain HR policies and processes in line with company’s requirement; and oversee HR policies / procedures to ensure the smooth running of the business
    • Design appropriate staff structure and career growth path for the different categories of the staff in the organization
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies, company standards, and best practices.
    • Develop Key Performance Indicators(KPI) for employees as required and conduct performance appraisals
    • Identify training needs and participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
    • Conduct workforce audits and provide organization reviews and make recommendations for improvement
    • Perform all other HR and organizational related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
    • Minimum of 7 years relevant professional experience
    • Experience in the Automobile industry is an added advantage
    • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Professional Human Resources qualifications / certification.

    • Knowledge of other applicable employment regulations and statutory obligations.
    • Knowledge of human resources best practices.
    • Knowledge of how to effectively manage a remote team
    • Demonstrates business acumen and translates business objectives into actionable HR plans and results.
