Human Resources Manager at Cirvee

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources & Operations Manager at Cirvee Academy in Ibadan.
• In this role, you will oversee both HR and internal operations.
• You’ll be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, documentation, HR compliance, workflow organization, and operational coordination across departments.
• You will also work closely with senior leadership to design and implement HR structures, develop policies, strengthen culture, and ensure smooth daily operations that support the organization’s long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Manage employee relations, welfare, and discipline
• Track performance, attendance, and HR compliance
• Develop HR policies, documentation, and internal structure
• Coordinate daily operations across departments
• Manage office workflow, reporting, and communication
• Ensure smooth administrative and operational processes
• Support leadership in building a strong workplace culture

Qualifications

• Strong management and organizational skills
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR/Operations professional
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in HR software and systems
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, CIPM) is a plus
