• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in human resources and gain exposure to HR best practices in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for job openings.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and HR development programs.
• Support the development of HR policies, reports, and other documentation.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• B. Sc./HND
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Candidate must be a serving Corps Member or recently completed NYSC
