Role Description

• This is an internship opportunity for the position of Human Resources Intern at ARCO Worldwide Services.
• The selected candidate will assist the Human Resources team with activities such as recruitment processes, employee engagement initiatives, HR records management, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role involves preparing reports, coordinating training sessions, and providing general administrative support for HR functions.
• This is an on-site position based in Lagos.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, combined with the ability to liaise professionally with team members and external parties.
• Basic knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices, including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and database management.
• Proficiency in office software and tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A proactive attitude toward learning, teamwork, and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior internship or volunteer experience in an HR-related field is an added advantage.
