Human Resources HRBP - Operations

- Job Field Human Resources / HR
To partner, with the operations functions (Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain & Logistics) to deliver their objectives through attracting, developing, nurturing, and retaining talent.

About you
- Relevant master’s degree and at least 8-10 years of work experience in HR
- Strong knowledge in HR business partnering; employee relations, change management & transformation and employment law
- Experience with HR Information Systems
