    Human Resources Generalist

    Responsibilities

    • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
    • Create and implement effective onboarding plans for new hires
    • Identify and manage training and development needs for employees
    • Assist in performance management processes and annual salary review
    • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
    • Maintain employee records (attendance etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
    • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
    • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
    • Create Standard Operating Procedures
    • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
    • Administer compensation and benefits that are in line with company policies and legislation
    • Conduct exit interviews
    • Review and update employee rules and regulations
    • Maintain the human resource information system and employee database
    • Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness
