    Human Resources Director

    Job Summary:

    • Our Client and International Lithium Mining Company is in need of a Human Resources Director.
    • The HR Director will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and values.
    • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a management role, and must be a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic HR Leadership:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's mission and objectives.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring effective HR operations.
    • Collaborate with senior management to shape organizational policies and practices.

    Talent Acquisition and Management:

    • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive talent management strategy, including succession planning.
    • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting and regular feedback.

    Employee Relations:

    • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture, addressing employee concerns and conflicts when necessary.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and manage HR-related legal matters.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
    • Analyze market trends and industry benchmarks to ensure the company's compensation packages remain competitive.

    Learning and Development:

    • Create and implement professional development and training programs for employees.
    • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement within the organization.

    HR Metrics and Reporting:

    • Utilize HR analytics to measure and report on HR performance and trends.
    • Present HR-related data and insights to senior management for informed decision-making.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
    • Certified Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) or equivalent HR certification.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate HR strategies into actionable plans.
    • Proven experience in organizational development and change management.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
