Human Resources Business Partner at Xymbolic Development Limited

Who we are looking for?

• The Human Resources Business Partner will be critical in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and providing strategic and operational support to management and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
• Implement and drive HR programs that align with the company's growth plans.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct investigations and address employee relations issues to maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Identify training and development needs within the organization and Facilitate workshops and training sessions to foster continuous learning and development.
• Develop and implement a robust performance evaluation process.
• Liaise with line managers on setting performance expectations and conduct timely and constructive performance reviews.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular HR reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Over 5 years in HR
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Address HR challenges with innovative solutions.
• Must reside on the Lekki-Epe Corridor
