Human Resources Business Partner at Xiaomi Technology

Responsibilities: 

• Research and analyse employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention.
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
• Support in the end to end recruitment process. 
• Identify appropriate candidates fit for the role 
• Follow-up with successful candidate performance. 
• Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
• Assisting with the performance management and review process.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
• Analyse data with useful HR metrics. 
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
• Familiar with the employment laws.
• Any other job assigned. 

Job Specifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Human resources or related field of study. 
• Minimum of 5 years experience preferable in Mobile industry, Telecommunication or related Retail business.
• Good knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office. 
• Good verbal and written communications skills.
• Knowledge with other West African countries such as Senegal, Angola, Cote d’ivoire e.t.c
• Professional certification is an added advantage
