Human Resources Business Partner

- To be responsible for collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and ensure reflection in talent acquisition, compensation, policies, benefits, and trainings.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum of 4years as an HR generalist.
- Bachelor's degree in social management science disciplines or any related discipline.
- Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Membership of a professional body - CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, etc is an advantage.
