Responsibilities:
Provide strategic HR support to business leaders to drive business outcomes
Partner with leaders to develop and implement talent management strategies
Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and development planning

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
