Responsibilities

• The HR Business Partner/Manager drives people and culture strategies that enhance performance, service quality, and employee engagement across restaurant, hotel, and cinema operations.
• This role partners with leadership to plan workforce needs, recruit and develop talent, and build a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
• It oversees the full HR spectrum,including employee relations, learning and development, performance management, and change initiatives , ensuring teams are equipped, motivated, and aligned to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / M.Sc Degree with 6 - 10 years of work experience.
