Human Resources Assistant at Flowvim Limited

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct verification, references, and background checks of newly employed staff
• Ensure proper documentation, filing of disciplinary actions, exit interviews, leave records, allowance, and updating of records
• Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding process
• Developing job design and responsibilities
• Ensure proper communication systems that support the organization's goals
• Determine training needs, conduction of need analysis
• Initiate monthly payroll for all employees
• Coordinate team-building initiatives that boost high productivity
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures in compliance with the organization’s SOPs
• Maintain employee relations that encourage smooth workflow, resolve grievances and conflicts
• Facilitate scheduled meetings as requested by management, prepare meeting details
• Ensure Safety and Health standards through the implementation of HSE policy
• Frequently generate HR weekly report capturing absenteeism, headcount, lateness, etc

Requirements

Education:

• B.Sc / HND in relevant discipline

Experience:

• 2-3 Years of HR-relevant experience from a reputable organization.
