Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant, located in Lagos.
• The Human Resources Assistant will assist in day-to-day HR operations including benefits administration, maintaining HR records, and utilizing HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Additional tasks include supporting HR management, coordinating training programs, and providing general administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of HR related experience
• Experience in coordinating and facilitating training programs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Lagos
