    Human Resources & Admin Manager

    Job Responsibilities:

    •  Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
    • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc / M.Sc  in Humanities or Management
    • Must possess Minimum 5 years working experience in the Human Resources field and at least 3 years in a management position.
    •  Must be organized.
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
    • HR certification is a MUST.
