    Human Resource Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Create HR initiatives and strategies that follow the overall business plan.
    • Strengthen management and employee relationships by responding positively to requests, complaints, and other issues.
    • Manage the hiring and selection process.
    • Support existing and future company need through involving, motivating, growing, and protecting human capital.
    • Create and thoroughly follow up on the HR strategy, methods, tactics, and processes.
    • Create a positive work environment.
    • Set up and maintain a system that encourages peak performance.
    • Keep the salary schedule and incentives the same.
    • Evaluate and follow up on the system's training objectives.
    • Inform management and make decisions using HR indicators.
    • Ensure legal compliance while managing human resources.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc in Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
    • At least 15 years working experience in human resources or related fields.
    • Proven work experience as HRM in oil and gas.
    • Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment.
    • Experience in training staff.
    • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and dispute resolution.
    • Experience in upholding and adhering to workplace confidentiality.
    • Ability to give presentations.
    • Knowledge of pertinent health and safety laws.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Mastery of all legal requirements.
    • Professional certification is mandatory ( CIPM, PHRI e.t.c).
