Job Summary

• Responsible for managing all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and policy implementation to ensure an efficient and compliant workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate performance evaluations and staff training.
• Process payroll and statutory deductions.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and HR best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2 - 4 years HR experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR software and MS Office tools.
• Membership in CIPM is an advantage.
