Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Oversee employee performance management and appraisal systems
• Maintain and update the employee handbook and ensure company compliance with labor laws.

• Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership to support decision making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role for at least 5 years
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact at all levels
• Demonstrable experience with HR software and databases
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
