Human Resource Manager (Female, Microfinance Bank)
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 4 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Human Resources / HR
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of four (4) years experience in a Senior HR management role preferably in the financial sector
- Candidate must be a female
- Membership of HR Professional Institute
- Being an indigene of Lagos State is an advantage
- Candidates with MFB experience is an advantage Competences
Required For the Job:
- Periodic Training and Recruitment of competent Staff
- Sound Performance appraisal and staff evaluation skills
- Sound knowledge of Labour Laws
- Payroll Management
- Facility Management
- Stake holders Management
- Interventions Design
Salary
NGN250,000 - NGN300,000 / Month.
