Human Resource Manager at Cozym Process Systems (CPS)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team at Cozym Limited. As a Human Resource Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of the HR function and administrative management within our organization. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Develop and administer employee policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Manage and oversee employee performance management, training, and development programs
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, and recommend improvements to HR policies and practices
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive work culture
• Manage HR budgets and resources effectively
• Oversee the daily administration of the company 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage)
• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the oil and gas and engineering industry
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications
