Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Support HR consultants in delivering HR services to clients such as onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Maintain and update employee records, both manually and digitally.
• Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations.
• Participate in conducting staff surveys and compiling feedback.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team during internal and external engagements.
• Stay updated with HR best practices and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 0 - 2 years experience in Human Resources
• Passionate about pursuing a career in Human Resources and consulting.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.
