    Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

    Job Description

    • Lead the strategic HR agenda and aligning HR strategy to business needs.
    • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
    • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process; sourcing and identifying candidates, conducting interviews, reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
    • Responsible for people (employee) annual cost including budget monitoring and payroll activities.
    • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
    • Responsible for analysing both soft and technical skills development requirements across the functions and translate them into appropriate development programmes.
    • Work closely with head of business units on their team development plans and performance management.
    • Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
    • Collaborate with L&D Officer to create course contents for clients training services
    • Develop growth strategies and plans on how to generate revenue for the recruitment and verification arm of the Business.
    • Diversify customer portfolio to ensure non-dependence on a few customers.

    Educational Qualification:

    • University Degree in any field of study
    • Membership of a Professional HR or Management body e.g. CIPM may be of advantage.

    Required Experience:

    • 2 to 5 years’ experience in Human Resources or similar role
    • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail, including ability to handle complex issues
