The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to departments by providing professional HR support across various HR functions. This role will be key in implementing employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture, in alignment with the values and corporate goals of Daystar Christian Centre.
Role Requirements
B.Sc. in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
5-7 years cognate experience, 2 of which must have been spent on a supervisory level.
Minimum Professional certification in human resources (Associate Member Chartered Institute of Personnel Management CIPM)
Strong technical competence in all HR bodies of knowledge
