As the Human Resources Assistant, you will support the organization’s recruitment, employee administration, onboarding, documentation, and performance management activities.
Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment processes, including candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, and preliminary screening.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring contracts, NDAs, compliance documents, and records are completed.
Maintain accurate employee files, attendance and leave records, and internal staff directories.
Handle internal HR inquiries and support workplace policies, professional standards, and employee wellness initiatives.
Support performance management by coordinating evaluations, gathering feedback, and tracking review timelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
1–2 years of HR or administrative support experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
High level of confidentiality, discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with labour laws, workplace compliance, and HR best practices.
