Human Resource and Admin Manager

Responsibilities
- Acting as a strategic partner in ensuring the right talents are available and are aligned with the school's goals
- Spearheading staff recruitment, selection, and onboarding orientation
- Managing the school's performance management system, monitoring KPIs attainment
- Benefits administration and management; pensions, HMO, and Allowances
- Responding to daily HR inquiries and providing required support
- Organizing staff social events
- Liaising with vendors, contractors and artisans; negotiating the best rates for school purchases
- General oversight for the Admin and Support teams for optimum performance
- Providing all-round administrative support to the academic team in the delivery of teaching and learning
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree (minimum)
- Previous experience as School HR
- HR Certification
- Creativity
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
