Job Description

• Formulating of policies in accordance with employee labour law
• Reviewing and amending of existing company’s policies in accordance with employee labour law
• Ensuring employee compliance to company’s policies, code of conduct through establishment of disciplinary measures for non-compliance.
• Formulation and implementation of processes for rewarding outstanding employees
• Creating financial and non-financial reward measure for motivating employee performance
• See to employees’ welfare, improving working environment.
• Drafting detailed and clarified job description that indicate daily, weekly and monthly task of employees.
• Following up on employee performance in term of meeting their daily, weekly and monthly target.
• Creating smooth interpersonal relationship between individuals, team and department so as to ensure smooth workflow.
• Creating key performance index for individual inline with their roles and responsibilities.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Management or any related courses
• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource/Admin Role
• HR Certification is an added advantage.
• Preferably a male residing within the job location (Island, Lekki-Ajah).
