    Human Capital Junior Associate

    Position Description

    • mPharma Nigeria is looking for a dynamic individual with exceptionally high work standards to join our Human Capital team as a Human Capital Junior Associate.
    • This position will contribute to the team’s overall goal of driving excellence, building our organizational capacity and ensuring we are creating an environment in which our staff can realize their full potential.
    • To be successful in this role, you will bring knowledge and experience in providing People generalist support for mPharma Nigeria across critical functional areas, including recruitment, employee relations and engagement, onboarding, operations and HRIS expertise.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensures day-to-day operations of Human Capital-related functions are addressed in a timely, efficient, and proactive manner.
    • Manages the recruitment of staff including job postings, candidate screening, phone and in-person interviews, reference checks, and may present verbal and written offers.
    • Manages the onboarding of new hires and collaborates with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimize new hire productivity. Run 30, 60 and 90-day check-ins for new hires and use this data to enhance the onboarding process from time to time.
    • Processes documentation and prepares reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
    • Assists in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
    • Support daily Human Capital activities and assist in creating and coordinating HR policies, processes, and relevant documents.
    • Manages employee benefits program and vendor relationships and assists employees with questions, issues, and enrolment.
    • Mitigates employee relations issues while adhering to company and state laws and regulations.
    • Ensures smooth communication and prompt resolution of all employees’ queries.
    • Develops and coordinates employee engagement programs in the organisation.
    • Collaborates and drives special HR projects/initiatives or activities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, and other related fields.
    • At least 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
    • Must reside in Lagos, Nigeria.
